§ 834.99 PENALTY.
   Whoever violates any of the provisions of this chapter is guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree and shall be fined not more than $500 or imprisoned not more than 60 days, or both. For each subsequent offense, such person is guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree and shall be fined not more than $1,000 or imprisoned not more than six months, or both. A separate offense shall be deemed committed each day during on which a violation occurs or continues.
