§ 832.05 INVESTIGATION.

The Mayor shall make or cause to be made such investigations and inquiries throughout the conduct of any such sale as he or she may deem advisable to effectuate the purposes of this chapter and the Mayor is hereby authorized to administer oaths in connection with the taking of testimony pertaining thereto.
