(A) (1) Licenses granted under the provisions of this chapter shall be effective for a period of not more than 45 days, but may be renewed for a subsequent period of not more than 45 days; provided that, satisfactory proof is first submitted to the Mayor showing that the stock itemized in the original application has not been disposed of.
(2) No other license shall be granted to the same person during a period of one year after the expiration of a previous license, or renewal of a license, granted as provided in this chapter.
(B) The Mayor shall receive from the applicant for such license, upon the granting thereof, a fee of $25.
