(A) No license for a public dance hall shall be issued unless the owner of such hall complies with and conforms to the provisions of this chapter and all other ordinances and health and fire regulations of the city and unless such hall is properly ventilated and supplied with sufficient toilet conveniences and is a safe and proper place for the purpose for which it is to be used.
(B) The license issued for any public dance hall may be revoked by the Mayor for a violation of any of the provisions of this chapter or for disorderly or immoral conduct upon the premises.
