Whoever violates or fails to comply with any of the provisions of this chapter or any rule or regulation made by the Boxing and Wrestling Commission pursuant to this chapter shall be fined not more than $500 or imprisoned not more than six months, or both. A separate offense shall be deemed committed each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues.
