§ 820.03 AUTHORITY TO LICENSE PROMOTERS; PERMITS FOR EXHIBITIONS.

(A) The Boxing and Wrestling Commission shall recommend to the Mayor the approval or rejection of applications for licenses for promoters and permits for boxing and wrestling exhibitions.

(B) The Mayor, with the approval of the Director of Law, may issue licenses for promoters and permits for boxing and wrestling exhibitions.
