(A) The duties of the Boxing and Wrestling Commission shall be to supervise all boxing and wrestling exhibitions held in the city, to make and enforce regulations governing such exhibitions and to provide rules and regulations for the prevention of any indecent, immoral or disorderly conduct in the interest of preserving peace and good order, and for the prevention of any unnecessary noise or disturbance in connection with such exhibitions.
(B) All rules and regulations shall be approved by the Director of Law and by Council.
