§ 816.03 HOURS OF BUSINESS.
   Any public place in which a billiard or pool table is kept for the purpose of playing thereon, or permitting the playing thereon of the games of billiards or pool, shall be deemed to be a billiard or pool room within the meaning of this chapter, whether such place contains one or more billiard or pool tables, or whether or not such place contains other businesses or activities. Billiard or pool rooms and all businesses and activities in connection therewith shall at all times be conducted in a quiet and orderly manner, and the billiard or pool tables contained in any such places shall not be used or permitted to be used between the hours of 12:00 midnight and 6:00 a.m. of the following day. Such billiard or pool rooms shall not be open for business on Sundays before the hour of 1:00 p.m. During such hours of prohibited use, the tables shall be covered.
