Nothing herein contained shall be construed to apply to any person making a sale of any property at auction by virtue of any judgment, order or decree of any court, under authority of law, and the provisions in §§ 812.01 to 812.03 of this chapter shall not be taken or held to license any person to engage in the occupation of auctioneer, their intent being merely to regulate the sale of goods and other property at public auction.
