Editor's note:
Section 672.10 was repealed as part of the 1996 updating and revision of this code of ordinances because a violation of substantially equivalent state law (Ohio R.C. 2923.21) was made a felony by the Ohio General Assembly by Sub. H.B. No. 4, effective 11-9-1995.
