§ 153.57 NON-CONFORMING SETBACKS FOR EXISTING WIRELESS SUPPORT STRUCTURES.
   Wireless support structures that do not meet the minimum required setbacks from lots that were created after construction of the wireless support structure shall be deemed conforming with regard to setbacks for the purpose of § 153.51 of this chapter.
