§ 153.55 VARIANCES.
   Technically dimensional requirements shall not prohibit or have the effect of prohibiting the provisions of personal wireless services contrary to the mandates of the federal law. Per § 152.269(C) of this code of ordinances, applicants may seek variances to technical dimensional requirements that an applicant claims have the effect of prohibiting the provisions of personal wireless services.
