§ 153.50 AVAILABILITY OF EXISTING STRUCTURES.
No new free-standing wireless support structure shall be permitted unless the applicant demonstrates that no existing or previously approved wireless support structure can be reasonably used for the wireless communications facility placement instead of the construction of a new wireless support structure; that residential, historic and designated scenic areas cannot be served from outside of the area; or that the proposed height of a new wireless support structure or initial wireless communications facility placement or a proposed height increase of a substantially changed wireless support structure or replacement wireless support structure, is necessary to provide the applicant’s designed service.
