At the time of submitting an application for a proposed wireless support structure that requires approval for a conditional use, the applicant shall submit written documentation that they have conducted a neighborhood meeting, to which the adjoining property owners of subject property have been invited to explain the proposed facility and answer questions. Documentation should include: the time, date and location of the meeting; a list of meeting attendees; a brief summary of the presentation and/or information discussed; and questions and concerns expressed by neighboring property owners.
