(A) The following setback requirements are established to mitigate potential safety and aesthetic impacts upon surrounding properties. Setbacks a measured from the base of the support structure. The minimum setback from each property line and road right-of-way shall be 200 feet or two times the overall height of the structure, whichever is greater.
(B) The maximum permitted height for a non-stealth small wireless support structure is 20 feet higher than the 35 feet height restriction in all zoning districts.
(C) A conditional use permit shall be required for any non-stealth small wireless support structure that is within 400 feet of the property line of any property used or zoned for single-family residential purposes.
