§ 50.032 FIRE HYDRANTS.
   The fire hydrants are for the purposes of fire protection, when such needs may exist, and are not to be used by any other person for any purpose without permission from the Public Services Director. In the event any hydrant is damaged, notice must be sent at once to the Public Services Director.
