§ 153.43 STEALTH (CONCEALED) SMALL WIRELESS FACILITIES ATTACHED TO EXISTING BUILDINGS OR STRUCTURES.
   (A)   Stealth wireless facilities, including any feed lines, antenna, and accessory equipment must be enclosed, camouflaged, screened, obscured or otherwise not readily apparent to a casual observer. A structure utilized to support a wireless facility must be allowed in that zoning district.
   (B)   If located in the right-of-way of any public road or street, stealth antenna shall be located on an existing utility pole which does not exceed the height of 35 feet. Stealth antenna on an existing utility pole, whether inside or outside the right-of-way, shall not exceed ten feet above the highest point of the pole.
   (C)   Any ground-mounted components of stealth antenna shall be located flush with the ground to avoid inconveniencing the public or creating a hazard. To the extent permitted above ground, it shall be appropriately camouflaged to blend in with its surroundings.
   (D)   The top of the stealth wireless facility may not be more than ten feet above the top of the building or structure to which it is attached.
