§ 153.13 PERMITTED USE.
   Telecommunication towers and/or wireless support structures/facilities shall be allowed within the jurisdiction of the town, subject to the compliance with the terms and conditions as set forth herein and upon approval by the town in accordance with this chapter and applicable state and federal law.
