(A) All meetings shall be open to the public.
(B) The order of business at regular meetings shall be as follows:
(1) Roll call;
(2) Reading of minutes of previous meetings;
(3) Hearing of cases;
(4) Reports of committees;
(5) Unfinished business;
(6) New business; and
(7) Consideration and determination of cases heard.
