(A) The minimum user charge, as set forth in the town fee schedule shall be paid for each meter installed regardless of location. Each meter requires a separate meter sheet, and each meter reading sheet shall cover a separate and individual account.
(B) The minimum user charge shall apply whether the property is occupied or unoccupied.
(C) If property is to be vacated for a specific length of time, and the owner desires that water and/or sewer service be disconnected, the owner(s) shall notify the Town Hall and complete a disconnect form. The charge for reconnection shall be according to the town fee schedule, on file with the Town Clerk.
