§ 50.020 APPLICATION FOR USE OF WATER AND SEWER.
   (A)   All applications for the use of water and sewer must be made at the Town Hall or other place designated by the Town Council and on the form prescribed, and must be signed by the owner of the property to be supplied or his or her authorized agent.
   (B)   The application shall be held to bind the applicant to take the supply for not less than one year (unless a shorter time was specifically agreed upon), and shall bind the applicant, so long as the water and sewer is taken, to pay to the proper authority the established rates, and to comply with all reasonable rules and regulations prescribed by the town.
   (C)   The town shall reject an application for service if there is an outstanding amount due the town for water and sewer service at the applicant’s previous address, or at other property owned by the applicant.
   (D)   At the time of the application, the requisite deposit as prescribed in the town fee schedule shall be required.
   (E)   No application for water or sewer use is to be made until all approvals have been given through the Planning Department.
