§ 33.07 COMPLIANCE REQUIRED.
   During the existence of a proclaimed state of emergency, it shall be unlawful for any persons to violate any provision of any restriction imposed by any proclamation authorized by this chapter. Violation of any section of this chapter shall be punishable as a Class 3 misdemeanor, pursuant to G.S. § 14-4.
