The provisions of this chapter shall be applicable to all land within the corporate limits of the town and within the territory beyond such corporate limits as now or hereafter fixed as the extraterritorial jurisdiction. The extraterritorial jurisdiction boundary is established on a map entitled “Official Zoning Map, Town of Banner Elk, North Carolina, and the Area Comprising its Extraterritorial Jurisdiction”.
