§ 152.001 AUTHORITY AND ENACTMENT CLAUSE.
   The Town Council, in pursuance with the authority granted by the state statutes, particularly G.S. Ch. 160D, Art. 87, and the authority vested in the town by its 1911 Charter, as amended, hereby ordains and enacts into law the following articles and sections.
