§ 151.47 LOTS.
   The lot size, width, depth, shape, orientation and building setback lines shall be reasonable for the location of the subdivision and for the type of development and use contemplated and shall be sufficient to accommodate proposed utilities.
   (A)   Single-family residential lots. Any lot(s) within a subdivision or within the town’s subdivision jurisdiction, intended for the development of a detached, single-family dwelling unit(s) shall comply with the minimum lot size, depth, width, street frontage and yard setbacks of the applicable district requirements of Ch. 152 of this code of ordinances.
   (B)   Multi-family residential lots. Each lot intended for the development of more than one dwelling unit shall conform with Ch. 152 of this code of ordinances. If the lot(s) is not served by the public water and sewer, written approval of the lot’s adequacy for the proposed development must be obtained from the county’s Health Department.
   (C)   Lots for other than residential use. The appropriate provisions in Ch. 152 of this code of ordinances shall apply in the case of development of all non-residential property. If the lot(s) is not served by public water and sewer, written approval of the lot’s adequacy for the proposed development must be obtained from the county’s Health Department.
