(A) The Authority shall meet at the call of the Chair, but, in any event, it shall hold meetings at least quarterly. Special meetings of the Authority may be called at any time by the Chairperson. At least 48 hours’ written notice of the time and place of a special meeting shall be given by the Secretary or by the Chairperson to each member of the Authority. All Authority meetings are to be held in accordance with G.S. Ch. 143, Art. 33C, commonly referred to as the Open Meetings Law.
(B) The Secretary of the Authority shall keep a record of its member’s attendance and of the Authority’s resolutions, discussions, findings and recommendations.
(C) All meetings shall be open to the public. The Authority shall adopt rules of procedure to govern its meetings.
