§ 31.03 OFFICERS.
   (A)   The Chairperson of the Authority shall be designated by the Town Council. The Finance Officer of the town shall be the non-voting Finance Officer of the Authority, and the Tax Collector of the town shall serve as Secretary to the Authority.
   (B)   The Authority shall elect from membership a Vice Chairperson to serve in the absence of the Chairperson.
