§ 150.06 LANDS TO WHICH CHAPTER APPLIES.
   This chapter shall apply to all areas of special flood hazard within the jurisdiction, including the extra-territorial jurisdictions (ETJs), if applicable, of the town and within the jurisdiction of any other community whose governing body agrees, by resolution, to such applicability.
