(A) Appeal to Town Manager. Any applicant may appeal a decision of the Chief of Police to the Town Manager within ten business days after the decision of the Chief of Police is issued by delivering a written notice of appeal to the Town Manager. The Town Manager shall schedule a hearing with the applicant, which hearing shall take place within five business days. The applicant may give testimony and present evidence at the hearing. The Town Manager shall issue a final decision within five business days.
(B) Appeal to District Court. Any applicant may appeal a final decision of the Town Manager by filing an appeal in District Court within 30 calendar days after the final decision of the Town Manager.
(C) Providing copy of chapter. The Chief of Police shall provide to each applicant one copy of this chapter without charge upon the applicant’s written or verbal request.
