§ 94.53 REMOVAL OF NUISANCE.
   If the owner, having been ordered to abate such a violation fails, neglects or refuses to abate or remove the condition constituting the nuisance within ten days from receipt of said order, shall be subject to a civil penalty in the amount of $100. Notice shall be given by certified mail sent to the last know address of the violator. Each day that a violation continues to exist shall be considered to be a separate violation. The town may recover against the offender in a civil action in the nature of debt if the offender has not paid the penalty within 30 days of the time after the time he or she has been cited for violation of the ordinance.
