§ 94.52 APPEAL.
   Any decision of the Town Manager or his or her designee may be appealed to the Town Council. Such appeal must be submitted in writing within ten days after receipt of the notice of violation. The filing of an appeal stays all enforcement proceedings until such time as the Town Council makes a final decision.
