(A) The Town Manager or his or her designee shall have the responsibility for enforcing the provisions of this chapter.
(B) The Town Manager or his or her designee, upon notice from any person of the possible existence of any of the conditions of this chapter, shall cause to be made such investigations as may be necessary to determine whether conditions exist which may constitute a violation of this chapter.
