§ 94.38 GRASS CLIPPINGS, GRAVEL AND SEDIMENTATION DECLARED PUBLIC NUISANCE.
   No person or property owner shall allow any grass clippings, gravel or sedimentation to be washed or blown onto a public street or sidewalk, nor shall any such debris be allowed to remain on any public street or sidewalk.
