§ 94.36 CONSTRUCTION SITES TO BE NEAT AND ORDERLY.
   The contractor shall remove all trash and discarded materials from the building site at least once per week so as to maintain a reasonably clean area. All trash, construction litter and discarded building materials shall be removed from the building site and surrounding area before the structure is occupied.
