§ 94.19 USE OF PUBLIC WASTE BASKETS.
   No person employed in any place of business and no occupant of any premises shall use the public waste baskets or cans for disposal of his or her trash or garbage, in order that such public waste cans may be used for the disposal of litter by pedestrians.
