§ 91.05 FEMALE DOGS IN HEAT.
   It shall be unlawful for the owner of any female dog which is in estrus to keep the same within the town during that period, except when confined to the premises of the owner, or of another person with such person’s consent. Any person breeding a female dog more than once a year for the purpose of selling the resulting litter will be considered as operating a business and will be subject to the regulatory provisions of Ch. 152 of this code of ordinances. In addition, for those individuals possessing four female dogs, it shall be permissible to breed only one female during any 12-month period.
