§ 91.04 DOGS RUNNING AT LARGE PROHIBITED.
   It shall be unlawful for any owner to allow any dog of his or hers to run at large within the town. At no time will a dog or puppy be tied, penned, confined, nor will a dog house or dog pen be placed in the side area located between residences. Dog houses and dog pens shall be considered as an accessory building and the placement of such must conform with the town’s regulations. The placement of a dog house or dog pen shall be limited to solely the rear yard and must meet the setback requirements for accessory buildings as delineated in Ch. 152 of this code of ordinances. Dog pens and dog houses will be a minimum of 35 feet from neighbors’ residential dwellings.
