§ 30.01 REGULAR MEETINGS.
   (A)   The Council shall hold a regular meeting on a day and a time to be determined by the then-sitting Council.
   (B)   The Council may change the date and time of its regular meeting by voting at a regularly scheduled meeting and providing adequate public notice.
