Commercial circuses may be held at a site once per year for a maximum duration of five days. Carnivals, fairs, haunted houses, festivals, and similar events may be held at a site up to four times per year with a maximum duration of three days per event. Such events may occur only in the C-2, M-E, and CZD Districts.
