§ 70.51 TIME RESTRICTIONS.
   All outdoor events, with the exception of those held on New Year’s Eve, shall conclude its operations for the day no later than 11:00 p.m. Any event held on New Year’s Eve shall conclude its operations for the day no later than 12:30 a.m. on January 1 of the current New Year’s Eve.
