§ 70.48 DUTIES OF PERMITTEE.
   (A)   A permittee under this subchapter shall comply with all permit directions and conditions and with all applicable laws and ordinances.
   (B)   The permittee or other person heading or leading the event shall carry the event permit upon his or her person during the conduct of the event.
