§ 70.43 APPEAL PROCEDURE.
   Any person aggrieved shall have the right to appeal the denial of an event permit to the Town Manager. The appeal shall be made in writing within ten days of receipt of the notice of denial of the permit. The Town Manager shall act upon the appeal within ten days after its receipt.
