§ 38.07 RATIFICATION OF AN EMERGENCY DECLARATION.
   Ratification of a local emergency by the City Council shall:
   (A)   State the duration of time during which the area(s) so designated shall remain an emergency area; and
   (B)   Approve or modify the emergency measures that were invoked by the Mayor for the emergency period set forth in the declaration.
