§ 104.15 VIOLATION - PENALTY.
   (A)   Upon conviction of any person for violation of § 104.14, such person shall be punished by a fine of not more than $500.
   (B)   Each day any person shall be in violation of § 104.14 of this code shall be deemed a separate offense. Each act in violation of the provisions of § 104.14 shall be deemed a separate offense.
   (C)   Any person who has been convicted of a violation of § 104.14 and who is found by a court to have been formerly convicted of such a violation within 2 years preceding the date of the alleged violation may be punished by a fine of not more than $1,000.
   (D)   Any person with a current, valid franchise shall, in addition to all other legal rights and remedies have a cause of action, including claims for damages and injunctive relief, for violation of § 104.14 of this chapter in any court of competent jurisdiction. The prevailing party in any such action shall be entitled to recover reasonable costs, including attorney's fees and expert witness fees, at the trial court and any appellate level.
