(A) This franchise shall not be assignable by any franchisee or by any other person without the written consent of the City Council, and not then until the assignee has filed his or her acceptance and agreement to abide by the terms hereof with the City Recorder.
(B) Each franchisee shall furnish an acceptable performance bond by an acceptable surety company in the amount of $5,000. The performance bond is conditioned upon the faithful performance of all the obligations contained herein with the premium for such bond to be paid by the franchisee furnishing the bond.
(C) Franchisee shall respond to any customer complaint on service within 7 days or such otherreasonable time that is necessary under the particular circumstances.
