§ 103.08 MAINTENANCE OF FACILITIES; REMOVAL OF FACILITIES WHEN NO LONGER IN USE.
   The franchisee shall maintain in good and functioning condition all of its facilities at all times, including any light poles or similar fixtures that provide service beyond the franchisee’s business needs. In the event any of the franchisee’s facilities need repair or replacement, the city may give written notice of what is needed, and the franchisee shall have no more than 30 calendar days to effect the repair or replacement, including light bulb replacement. The franchisee shall remove all or any of its facilities from the public right-of-way within 90 days of their no longer being used. If the franchisee fails to so remove its facilities, the city may provide written notice to do so, in which case the franchisee shall remove the facility within 90 calendar days of the city’s notice.
