It shall be unlawful for any person to remain upon park or recreation facilities after having been notified by any duly authorized city employee to leave the premises for breach of any rule or regulation pertaining to the use of the facilities. It shall be unlawful for any person to continue to violate any rule or regulation pertaining to the use of park and recreation facilities, or to repeat the violation, after having been personally notified of the existence of the regulation, or if the regulation is conspicuously posted at the facility where the violation occurs.
