§ 92.13 HOURS PARK MAY BE USED; EXCEPTIONS.
   It is unlawful and a civil violation for any person to use, occupy, park a vehicle, or otherwise remain upon park property between 10:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m., unless a permit for use as such times shall have been obtained from the City Council or City Manager.
