§ 91.01 ADOPTION OF COUNTY ORDINANCE.
   (A)   The City Council agrees, pursuant to O.R.S. 203.040, that the relevant provisions of Washington County Chapter 6 shall apply in the City of Banks.
   (B)   The Mayor and City Recorder are authorized to execute the intergovernmental agreements as may be necessary for the implementation of and enforcement of Chapter 6 of the Washington County Code.
