§ 70.05 IMPLEMENTATION OF REGULATIONS.
   The City Administrator or his or her designee shall implement the ordinances, resolutions, and motions of the Council by installing, maintaining, removing, and altering traffic-control devices. The installation shall be based on the standards contained in the Oregon Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices for Streets and Highways.
